The service
SmallRFQs collects publicly available government Requests for Quotation with an estimated value of up to R200,000 and sends matching ones to subscribers by email. We are an information service. We don't represent any government buyer, we don't award work, and we don't guarantee that any RFQ is complete, accurate or still open, or that any quotation will succeed. Always confirm details with the issuing organisation. We don't prepare or submit quotations for you.
Free trial
New accounts get a 3-day free trial of the plan they choose. To start the trial you save a card on Netcash's secure payment page and authorise a card check of R0.01. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts on day 4 and your card is charged the plan price shown at sign-up. One free trial per business.
Plans and billing
Core costs R399 a month or R3,990 a year. Pro costs R799 a month or R7,990 a year. Prices are [inclusive of VAT / not subject to VAT — confirm]. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Card payments are processed by Netcash (Pty) Ltd and collected through a merchant account held by [MothersLife (Pty) Ltd] on behalf of SmallRFQs, so your statement may show that name. If a renewal fails we may pause access to full RFQ details after a short grace period.
Changing plans
You can switch plan or billing cycle from Plan and billing. A 1c card check saves the card for the new plan and the new price applies from your next billing date. We don't charge twice for the same period.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime from Plan and billing. No further payments are taken and access continues to the end of the period already paid for (or the end of the trial). Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires it. [Confirm any cooling-off wording with your legal adviser.]
Acceptable use
Your account is for your own business. Don't share logins, resell or republish RFQ details from paid areas, scrape the site, or use SmallRFQs to send spam or commit fraud. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from reliance on RFQ information, missed deadlines, or a buyer's decision. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell subscribers by email before material changes take effect. South African law applies.
